I have been looking for an issue of X-Men(90's or earlier) in which Gambit, Storm and Jubilee are prisoners on an island where they are forced to wear colors that block their powers. Storm is locked in solitary confinement and Gambit somehow escapes, only to be ambushed by Cable at the very end.

Does anyone know which issue this is? I just can't find it.
